Hello applicants, our occupancy team (BA) answers your questions concerning

your moving in
subletting your apartment
as well as leaving the dormitory.

These are many tasks, and we all want to take care of them reasonably! However, please keep in mind that some tasks might take a few days to accomplish, some even maybe longer. We kindly ask for your understanding, as we are students like you and are volunteering for these offices. You can be sure that no questions will be ignored or tiered against others.

How do I apply as an exchange student?

We are not responsible for our exchange-rooms. Only „Studierendenwerk“ manages these rooms!

Is there a consultation hour by Occupancy Team?

Our consultation hour takes place only by appointment (via E-Mail) in our community room! Please enter the main entry and turn right (dormitors office). The community room is at the end of the corridor on the left side.

Our office hours don’t take place during term breaks!

How can I apply for an apartment or room? (new application portal)

Applications for a room in the residence halls of Studierendenwerk Aachen can only be made online via the application portal of Studierendenwerk Aachen.
